It’s very important that we get back to the ground as quickly as possible to avoid being taken down.
In this case, the attacker is behind us, so we’ll raise our knee to initiate a series of heel strikes to their groin area.
Once we manage to touch the ground again, we’ll begin the self-defense technique we already know for a torso-only hug from behind.
