4.- Backwards trunk and arm hug defense with elevation

We may find ourselves in a situation where the aggressor manages to trap us in a torso and arm grab, and also lift us off the ground.

It is very important that we return to the ground as soon as possible to avoid being taken down.

In this case, the aggressor is behind us, so we will raise our knee to initiate a series of heel strikes to their groin area.

Once we manage to touch the ground again, we will begin the defensive technique for a torso and arm grab from behind:

We will rotate our hips to create an opening to target their groin area and deliver several pluk strikes.

Now, raise one of your elbows to strike their face several times with your elbow to break free.

Continue with the combat techniques, moving out of the line, assuming a fighting stance, and assessing your surroundings.
