After practicing each basic level for a recommended time between 1 and 3 months, dedicating a couple of sessions per week, you can take the exam by sending us an unedited video of yourself performing all the techniques (those required with a partner). The school’s technical panel will inform you of a pass/fail result and provide feedback on details to correct and areas for improvement. You can submit a second video following the same procedure. If you don’t achieve a pass result on this second attempt, we recommend retraining the entire level, and you will need to reschedule the exam.
Remember, we offer an online personal trainer to guide you in your learning, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you take the exam with the best possible chance of success.
If your study option does not include the exam fee, you must purchase the exam fee by clicking here.
Steps to follow to take the exam
Below is the form to send us your exam video.
Remember, the video cannot be edited.
You must perform all the techniques in a row in an unedited video and show them twice, each from the front and side views. The front view should be as intense as possible, and the side view should be slow. Techniques that require it must be performed with a partner.
During the exam, you are allowed to consult the order of the techniques in the program, whether on paper or digitally.
At the beginning of the exam, the candidate’s full name, the exam they are taking, and the date they are taking it must be stated aloud. Before each technique, the name of the technique must be stated aloud.

How to record the video?
Many phones are set to record videos at the highest resolution, but this can take up a lot of space. Here are some tips to keep your video as small as possible. The recommended size is less than 500MB.
- Record your video at 1080p
- Reduce the frame rate to 25 or 30 frames per second
