A common situation in self-defense is when your opponent knocks you down and begins an attack from the side. We must inflict damage with both our fists and legs to be able to move and get up quickly.
Remember that the ground is a very unfavorable situation for us, and we must always act as quickly as possible.
It won’t always be possible to get back up, which would be ideal, given that the ground considerably reduces our chances of successfully defending ourselves.
In this situation, once we are on the ground, the attacker kneels next to us.
