5.- Movements from combat guard in circles towards the inside and outside

The vast majority of our defensive techniques are based on these movements, as they allow us to escape the line of attack while continuing to inflict damage. These maneuvers make it very difficult for our opponent to attack.

For this technique, we remind you of the essential premise of Krav Maga: Do not cross your legs while moving.

We recommend placing an object, chair, etc., with enough space to move around.
