The double Nelson hold is a neck hold from behind, using both arms.
The attacker passes their arms under the victim’s armpits and up, bringing their hands to the back of the neck to grip it by interlacing their fingers or palm over palm.
STEPS
- It’s important that before the opponent can close their grip, we lower our body and arms.
- We’ll grab one of their arms with our opposite hand and throw 3 or 4 horizontal elbow strikes to the rear.
- We’ll turn our body to face the aggressor and initiate a series of combat moves, moving out of the line of scrimmage.
- We’ll finish with a kick to the groin and a check of our surroundings.
