Krav Maga Self-Defense Techniques Course – Blue belt G1
The student must acquire the necessary tools to defend against holds such as chokes, will continue with Krav Maga techniques for safety, will understand the defense of third parties, multiple aggressors, and will begin with more intense sparring exercises.

GOALS
The student must acquire the necessary tools to defend against holds such as chokes, will continue with Krav Maga techniques for safety, will understand the defense of third parties, multiple aggressors, and will begin with more intense sparring exercises.
EXAM
The student will pass if the score is above 80%. Various aspects of execution and safety will be assessed.
To take the exam, students must have 12 months of regular practice and have accumulated 75 points.
The exam will be conducted in a group, and techniques will be performed in pairs.
The sparring will consist of three 1-minute rounds of «soft combat» targeting the body with punches and kicks against multiple attackers. Required personal equipment includes mouthguards, groin protectors, sparring gloves, shin guards, and a full-face combat helmet.
The candidate must pass a test and complete the P1 to P5 refresher course.
ADVANCED TRAINING
- From this grade level, the student can undertake the CIC methodological training to become a technical instructor.
- From this grade level, the student can attend the G Training courses.
